Ah yes, it is that time of the week once again when the Kasterborous team reconvenes to discuss some particularly topical Doctor Who matters.

This time around we’re looking at various 50th anniversary related issues (and let’s face it, this is likely to be the situation throughout 2013…) as well as offering you some suggestions for your own reading and viewing over the coming weeks to stave off the TARDIS-shaped vacuum in your life.

It’s Christian and James this week as Brian had to take receipt of an interesting wood structure. We can’t quite work out what it is, but it seems to be quite box-like. Might look nice in blue, too…

Who better to discuss what's to come than the very folks who have restored and enhanced Doctor Who in DVD form for the past several years? We present to you the Enlightenment DVD panel from Gallifrey One, with commissioning editor Dan Hall, Restoration Team founder Steve Roberts, documentary producer Ed Stradling, and writer/documentarian Nicholas Pegg. With The Tenth Planet, The Ice Warriors, and many other hotly anticipated releases discussed, this is not a panel to be missed! Also, our friend Luke from TMDWP drops by to tell the Three Who Rule about his experiences at his first ever Gallifrey One!

Here's something different. An interview with 'Rockjaw' from Marvel Heroes, the new Action RPG game coming soon from Gazillion. As Siobhan is a huge Marvel fan, and loves her MMOs, this was an obvious thing to do.

Jason and Rita are back with another fun filled installment of Transmissions From Atlantis. First – we discuss if we sue BBC for developing a show called Atlantis with a main character named Jason? We talk some of our favorite new shows in Sci-Fi and a new video game for Stargate. We review Battlestar Galactica Blood & Chrome as well as the latest episode The Walking Dead.

Jason gives you a huge announcement and in Transmissions Received we talk to artist extraordinaire Ray Dillon. In our Doctor Who segment, we have huge 50th anniversary rumors plus we chat about Jon Pertwee.

RFS Live from Gallifrey One in Los Angeles! Yes, it's time once again for Radio Free Skaro's annual live show at Gallifrey One, the biggest and best Doctor Who convention to grace the shores of Los Angeles and the world entire. Steven, Warren and Chris were delighted and honoured to play host to Sylvester McCoy, Philip Hinchcliffe, Stephen Thorne, Dan Starkey, Neve McIntosh, and Richard Hope. Chip, the Two Minute Time Lord, both acted as audio engineer and delivered a wonderful sermon on the importance and sheer wonder of being a fan in a community of diverse but like-minded friends. 

Can we just say it one more time? PHILIP HINCHCLIFFE. 

Thanks to one and all who came to the show in person, and we're delighted to offer this year's live show to our listeners who couldn't make it to L.A.
