In this post-Weinstein, #MeToo age the world seems to have caught up with Harry and Leeson (who, as long time Rassifans will know, were always on the correct side of the this particular debate by having literally none of the skills necessary to even approach a woman*) and THEY'VE BLOODY DONE IT! THE DOCTOR IS A LADY!
The law of averages dictates that at some point all the people who said the next Doc would have lady parts every time a regeneration came up would be right...well done to you if you guessed this time.
Does Leeson already know it'll be great? Is Harry already naysaying Bradley Walsh?
