Doctor Who TV Movie executive producer Philip Segal joins us from his home in the USA, for the second part of his exclusive chat with Pieces of Eighth.

He reveals how he felt the TV Movie rating could have gone in modern methods were taken into account, how he's about to build the TARDIS console room again, and how he looks back on the whole movie.
