Okay, so better late than never – right? TFA Episode 6 is coming at you with our biggest show ever. While sometimes bigger doesn’t mean better – in this case it most certainly is. We give you the news of the weird with testicle eating Fish and an ex-CIA agent claiming the Roswell Crash was really extra-terrestrial (no duh). A We give you the skinny on just which villain Benedict Cumberbatch is playing in JJ Abrams’ Star Trek 2. Rita accuses JC of crushing on the naked Nathan Fillion (of Firefly). Rita goes bonkers for the return of Sailor Moon.A We also give our review of the new hit film The Amazing Spider-Man.

Then we go off the deep end, talking about Sci-Fi and Horror shows that are no longer on the air and we miss dearly (Yes Firefly, Stargate SG-1 and Buffy are on the list – among many others).

We have a new segment this week – the Retro Review – where we’ll give a new review of old tv shows and movies. In ourA TransmissionsA Received segment, we have best selling author of the Wool series, Hugh Howey in for a chat on remarkable trip to the top of the Amazon Best Seller charts as an independent author.

Rita goes Harry Potter nutzo as we review the book series in Rita’s Reading Review and preview Ascendio 2012 – the Con later this week in Orlando, Florida.

We have more naked John Barrowman (Torchwood) discussion, could River and Captain Jack end up in a spinoff series (we had it first)? Plus other Doctor Who news.

Changing our recording time to Sunday evening sparks a podcast party and a in-at-the-deep-end scenario for new co-host Mary Lang. During all the usual mayhem we just about manage to review Stephen Greenhorn’s The Lazarus Experiment. We get invaded by The Omega Podcast (Wes, Wendell and Liz). Alicia joins us via Skype from her bedroom. Rhys gets up at 5am and Robert gets his times mixed up and joins us an hour late at 4am. Julia Bartlett-Sloan adds her voice to the pile with her dad, Kirby and finally there is a cameo appearance from Ben Shoveller. Despite all of this Mary seemed to survive her initiation.

Our first idea was to review "The Idiot's Lantern" in view of the diamond jubilee, then we realized this wouldn't be released until July, so you know, fuck that.

Given free reign to choose a topic, as our guests often do, Erika selected "The King's Demons", much to the chagrin of Steven and the relief of Sean who realized he only had to watch two episodes. Short and sweet? Or does this story just fester like a tiny deer turd on the forest floor. Listen and find out!

With Chris away this week as he completes his move westward to Edmonton, the Three Who Rule welcomes occasional Fourth Ruler Neil Perryman of Adventures With The Wife in Space and Tachyon TV fame to talk about the works of Paddy Kingsland in the Miniscope. Kingsland provided many a memorable motif in a multitude of stories from Seasons 18-21, ranging stylistically from the morose melodies of "Logopolis" to the rock and roll riffs that backed up "Mawdryn Undead". Also discussed were the imminent appearances of mother-daughter team Diana Rigg and Rachel Stirling in Doctor Who, and can Paul McGann's new costume (it's canon now, folks!) be the stepping stone to a future appearance in the TV series in 2013?
