Using Peter Cushing's digital mask used in "Star Wars: Rogue One" as a starting point, Ben and David share their thoughts on the technology and using it to bring actors back to our screens. The two chat about impact could the digital masks have on "Doctor Who" and how Big Finish is re-casting the first three Doctors. Intro and outro music is a piece from the 1965 movie, "Dr. Who and the Daleks" titled "The Eccentric Dr. Who" by Malcolm Lockyer. Enjoy!

Another era reaches its end, and somewhere, someone’s favourite television show is cancelled again. Perhaps Peter Davison’s years on the programme weren’t its heyday, but all four of us have found a new appreciation of his portrayal of the Doctor. Thanks, Peter. Time to say goodbye.

Big Finish has yet to capitalise on the Magma Creature, but at least Bernice Summerfield has confronted the Monoids in The Kingdom of the Blind.

For once, Richard is excited about his choices in Snog–Marry–Avoid. But will he pick Chancellor Flavia, played by Dinah Sheridan in the 1953 film Genevieve? Or will it be Chancellor Thalia, played by Elspet Gray, who was the mother in Season 2 of Catweazle? Or finally Joe Orton’s beloved Beryl Reid?

After finally escaping from the Divergent Universe with C’rizz, the Eighth Doctor and Charlie have made it back into ‘our’ universe. Their first stop is an unexpected visit to Earth, where an old enemy of the Doctor’s has apparently been waiting.

They must negotiate their way through numerous gameshow studios in order to find their way home in time for the traditional Christmas Blockbusters Gold Run.

Is Brucie a Skarosian agent under the control of his Dalek dolly dealers? Can the boys find the route out of The Crystal Maze? Will they win through to the Head-to-Head round of a Blankety Blank hosted by Terrance Dicks? Will they return to 2016 in time for the gala release of the Diddly Dum charity single? Listen in to find out.
