A new teaser image has been released for Class which shows some math on a board and a laser pistol.

Some more details have been released for the upcoming Power of the Daleks event at the BFI in November. Tickets go on sale at 11:30am on the 4th October priced at PS22.70 – be there promptly!

“The Lazarus Experiment” Review

We’re big fans of Tennent as you know but how does this one stack up? Series 3 is interesting as Martha is now on board but the Doctor doesn’t want a full on companion, or does he? We’re loving this one like a pleasant gathering of people in swanky London or does it mutate into an awful monster?

Josh is definitely not getting along with his computer, as Skype keeps switching his microphone from the nice one to the crappy desktop one. (apologies everyone for the audio quality on this one. It won't happen again) It gets worse once the reviews start, when Josh, Ashley, Rachel, and Jeff cannot seem to come to a consensus on ANYTHING. First up, we finally get to Blood of the Daleks part 2 by Steve Lyons, and the Lucie Miller arguments start! Next, Matt Smith reads The Runaway Train by Oli Smith. And the arguments about format and the Moffat era start! After that, we talk 45, by Mark Morris, Nick Scovell, Mark Michalowski, and Steven Hall. Honestly, we all pretty much agree on the great parts of this one. But finally, it's time to discuss 10th Doctor story Technophobia by Matt Fitton. And you guessed it, the arguments on Tennant and RTD start. It's gonna be one of those episodes. The Oncoming Storm... This time, we've got waaaaaay too many stories to discuss. Find a comfortable seat before listening.

We had a lot of fun watching our leads swap bodies and all the great things that happened in those bodies. We're still a bit confused on where the Doctor and Rose stand with one another, but it's only the first episode of the series, there's plenty of time to figure that out.

We’re off again this week, this time for con stuff, this time spending the weekend at Topeka’s TopCon Geek Expo. We had a wonderful time at the convention and thought we’d relay some of our journey over the 3 days of the con. Plus, we had a chance to sit down, not once, but twice with Spencer Wilding who acted in three Doctor Who stories during the Matt Smith era of the show. Included in this Side Trip is one of those interviews where he shared with us some stories of his time on the show.

Plus, some added news from Candy Jar Books announcing the start to the next series of Lethbridge-Stewart novels.

Once again, Josh is joined by Peter, Rob and Toby and this time we not only provide commentary of the episode, but at the end - please note that we have introduced a new feature on Doctor Who - The High Council. It is called "Value Added Material" BTE (Between The Episodes). Please listen and enjoy the High Council members discussing any subject as we proceed through the episodes of Logopolis. I hope that makes up for the portion that we had to remove with the Gangsters theme early in the episode... :) Enjoy!!!
