We have cultivated four stories from the anthology collection, as many have been already reviewed here on the podcast. We will turn our focus to House of Giants by Rick Cross, Ashes of the Inferno by Andy Frankham-Allen, Schadengeist's First Love by Jonathan Cooper, and Exodus from Venus by John Peel.

Plus, some very exciting news about the return of a Doctor Who convention, a wee bit earlier than once thought.

A very actiony Doctor Who episode is appreciated by Josh and his two amazing guests Liz and Deb. We are determining whether this is an episode called "The Flirting and the Doctor". Jo's pantsuit is the coolest thing about the Sea Devils - only to be replaced by Jo herself who is amazing in this story. Josh is trying not to be a white-straight-male during this episode and while loving Katy Manning, he is trying not to be in desperate love with her. Whether it is blow-hard or Blofeld, this episode is worth listening to because Deb and Liz rock. Enjoy!

This is Bags of Action. The podcast devoted to action movies, both old and new, but all of them are awesome! In this episode part 1 of our trilogy dedicated to Denzel Washington, Pete and Steve discuss Ricochet from 1991, starring among others John Lithgow, Ice T, Kevin Pollak and Lindsay Wagner. This film was an old favourite of Pete's who had watched it many times in the past, but it was brand new to Steve.

In what's becoming a bit of a tradition, John sits down with the incredible Deb Stanish, of the award winning Verity! Doctor Who podcast (among other places and credits) to discuss her high points from the weekend and compare LI Who with GallifreyOne. Give it a listen, won't you?

Warren is in Long Island, NY this week, enjoying the fourth iteration of the east coast nerd gathering known as LI Who, and has a report from the trenches for you dear listeners. Thanks to schedules, wifi, and probably rock monsters, Warren couldn't watch Class in time for the show, but Steven and Chris are on the case to give you their take on Episode 5 of the Doctor Who spinoff. However, Warren is present for the commentary for the sentimental favourite (but not altogether good) Season 15 story "The Invisible Enemy", recorded in the blissful, innocent time of October 2016. So, the universe is populated by more rogue time lords than we thought. Seriously, every week it feels like they add another one. This time it’s The Mark of the Rani, written by Pip and Jane Baker and aired in February of 1985.

Confusingly, this isn't The Enemy of the World but in fact The Crusade - a swords and Saracens saga of identity theft, cross-dressing and honey traps.

The Doctor is courting intrigue, Ian is caught in a sticky situation and Vicki is caught out cosplaying. Meanwhile Barbara and Princess Joanna are treated like sacks of flour and El Akir should surely be sacked for abusing his Emir's position - not to mention his long-suffering staff.

There's also room for the sage Saladin, the smitten Saphadin and the Unscrupulous Hulk, not to mention some stereotyped light-fingered locals.

So do Jim and Martin see The Crusade as a glorious victory or as successful as one of King Richard's hunting trips?

Class reached episode 5:Brave-Ish Heart so there's also a short review of that and a few comments gleened from the twitterverse.

Parts of this week's show were recorded whilst I was preparing for a colonoscopy see if you can tell which.
