Reality Bomb Episode 053
Reality Bomb - a Doctor Who podcastOn the fifty-third edition of Reality Bomb, we have a super-sized episode that features Reality Bomb's new co-producer Joy Piedmont talking with Kim Rogers and Simon Fraser about Peter Capaldi's swansong, Twice Upon a Time and how the twelfth Doctor's finale fared, how a less-than-progressive portrayal of the first Doctor worked, and what they're looking forward to based on Jodie Whittaker's brief debut. Lindsey Mayers and NPR Books Editor Petra Mayer are on hand for another edition of Are These Rumours Hot or Not? as they discuss what few rumours have made it out from Chris Chibnall's tight lid on production and judge them (thoroughly). And the Gallery of the Underrated reaches a milestone with its 50th segment as writer, designer and Doctor Who fan (and the designer of Reality Bomb's logo and graphics) Scot Clarke comes back to do his look back on the Idiot's Lantern he was supposed to have done in episode 002! Plus: we have an instructional recording on how to speak like Jodie Whittaker, and a popular radio show and podcast examines the history of artificially intelligent Doctor Who fans!

Episode 184: Cockblocked by the Universe
Trust Your DoctorUniverse turns out to be kind of a jerk this week.
Well, nothing even worth watching for anymore. Rose is “dead”, the Doctor is about to become a mopey teenage boy, and Russell T. has clearly run out of ideas already. It’s Army of Ghosts and Doomsday, written by Russell T. Davies and aired on July 1st and 8th, 2006.

TDP 740: #DoctorWho Main Range 233 - KINGDOM of LIES from @BigFinish
Tin Dog PodcastA brilliant and funny addition to the monthly range. @TinDogPodcast On the planet Cicero Prime, the kingdom of Cardenas is divided, with the whole population forced to swear allegiance to either the effete Duke or the fiery, hard-edged Duchess. This is a situation both parties have grown tired of. What use is half a kingdom when, thanks to a carefully engineered murder, you could have it all? Surely, neither of them would be rash enough to summon the deadly off-world assassin The Scorpion to help with their problem? And surely, this terrifying figure wouldn't arrive wearing a long cream coat and striped trousers...? Written By: Robert Khan and Tom Salinsky Directed By: Barnaby Edwards Cast Peter Davison (The Doctor), Janet Fielding (Tegan Jovanka), Sarah Sutton (Nyssa), Matthew Waterhouse (Adric), Jonathan Firth (Sebastian, Duke of Cardenas), Charlotte Lucas (Duchess Miranda), Harriet Thorpe (Amelia), Tim Bentinck (Lord Crozion), Richenda Carey (Lady Crozion), Piotr Hatherer (Tomek), Patsy Kensit(Mercenary), Harry Smith (Additional Voices). Other parts played by members of the cast. Producer David Richardson Script Editor Guy Adams Executive Producers Jason Haigh-Ellery and Nicholas Briggs
